New Forms Effective July 1, 2016
Effective July 1, 2016, the The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks has introduced new forms for the Water and Wastewater Operator Certification Program.
The new forms are compliant with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and incorporate smart form features to make the experience of completing application forms quicker and easier. The new forms have been designed to be user friendly and to minimize application processing delays by reducing follow-ups due to missing or incorrect information.
